● Disruptive behaviour will result in removal from the premises without refund. This includes but is not limited to: disturbing fellow customers, abuse or harassment towards staff members, in-screen mobile phone usage, excessive talking, noise or littering, light disruption, and smoking of any kind including vaping or e-cigarettes.
● Recording or photographing films is strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the premises and possible prosecution.
● Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
● We offer a wide range of snacks and beverages for purchase at fairer prices than our competitors, and as an independent cinema we would appreciate our customers supporting us through buying concessions.
● Lumiere Cinema Romford is not responsible for any lost or stolen belongings.
● We are not liable for injuries caused by misuse of our facilities.
