Sound Bath in Stillness - A Unique Journey of Sound at Lumiere Cinema

Step out of the ordinary and into the cinema screen where you will experience a guided meditation and immersive Sound Bath in a cinema seat. Allow the gentle tones of crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, and healing instruments to carry you into deep stillness. Just sitting in comfy chairs, breathing, and listening. 

What You’ll Experience: A fully seated, eyes-closed Sound Bath Meditation immersed in a cinema. A unique pause from overstimulation and screen fatigue. Let go of stress and tension. 

Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this one-of-a-kind event invites you to sit with yourself—quietly, gently, and with full cinematic support.

Join Charlotte from Well Social CIC & Bluerskies Mindful Creatives for a unique Sound Bath Meditation held in the immersive atmosphere of a cinema on Sunday 6th July at 7pm-8pm.

Please arrive 10 minutes early as we will begin promptly at 7pm. Come comfortable and with a blanket and water.
