Cheese & Port Afternoon [4th October]

Continuing our themed food and drink gatherings, we are pleased to present a very civilised afternoon of cheese and port!

Hosted by Lottie & Spencer this is not an educational journey in the same way our wine tasting nights are, but a simple afternoon of cheese and port.

There's no pressure or speed to move between the flavours, we'll simply serve platters of bread, cheese, crackers, grapes, olives etc. And then begin serving port, each time we return to your table, we'll serve a different port until all 7 types have been served. 

If you need a break from the port, other refreshments will be available to purchase individually.

The event window will begin at 1pm but you can turn up at 2pm or even 3pm to work around other commitments, 3.15pm no problem. The event window closes at 4pm to new attendees and serving will end at 6pm. 

Food platters are served just once so pace yourself, and port is served at your leisure, until all 7 ports have toured your table.

Gluten-free platter varients are available at no additional costs. 

Whether you come as a party of one, or as a group, we'll actively be encouraging conversation between yourselves and lone participants can join a table of solo cheese-ologists and we'll prepare ice breakers to gets conversation flowing between strangers. 

Please note although the event is listed as being in screen 6, this is just so we can limit the number of spaces. The event will actually take place in the bar area.
